Savoury Keto Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

  • 1 Jar Natural Peanut Butter smooth or crunchy, your call
  • 3/4 cup Erythritol powdered
  • 1/4 cup Salted Butter
  • 3 tbsp Chopped Peanuts
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 pinches Course Sea Salt Optional for topping


  • Butter an 8x8 inch pan on bottom and sides
    Take a medium pot and add the peanut butter, vanilla and butter and stir over medium low heat until it is a smooth consistency
    Turn off the heat and stir in the erythritol.  Stir to mix well.
    Pour it evenly into the 8x8 pan until is an even height throughout.
    Sprinkle the chopped peanuts and optional course sea salt evenly on top.
    Put it in the freezer to chill for a 1/2 hour.
    Cut into 6 x 6 squares to make 36 cubes.
    Keep in the refrigerator in an airtight container to keep it for up to a week.


Once you have all the ingredients handy, follow the instructions to make the fudge in just 40 minutes.  Chill for 30 mins and then it is ready to serve!
